About IOST
IOST claims to be an “ultra-fast, fully-fledged, decentralized blockchain network and ecosystem” with its nodes and wallets. The project was initiated in January 2018 by Jimmy Zhong, Ray Xiao, Terrence Wang, Justin Li, Sa Wang, and Kevin Tan.
IOST’s blockchain technology, which is open-source and scalable, serves as the backbone of future online enterprises. The organization devised proof of Believability (PoB) to provide security and efficiency in network transactions.
When it comes to using blockchains in a customer-facing capacity for large corporations, one of the biggest challenges IOST is trying to overcome is that the technology is not scalable. The Internet of Services Token (IoST) has been presented as a solution.
BitKeep – IOST’s Latest Partnership For Its NFT Ecosystem
Bitkeep will first support NFT badges on the IOST chain in this release, allowing viewing, sharing, and transferring via the Bitkeep wallet. User experience while engaging with IOST NFTs will be substantially improved thanks to the wallet, making it easier for IOST users to manage their badges.
📢Partnership Update:
To improve IOST users' experience, BitKeep Wallet will add full support to the IOST #NFT ecosystem, featuring the view, share, and transfer of #NFTs on IOST🎉

Additionally, the IOST community’s worldwide impact will help Bitkeep wallet expand its international reputation and attract new users.
BitKeep and IOST formed a strategic alliance towards the end of 2020 to introduce a new wallet with full support to the IOST ecosystem. BitKeep now supports IOST DApps like Xigua, Liebi Mining Pool, and Revival.
To support the rapid growth of the IOST NFT ecosystem, Bitkeep and IOST will work together as strategic partners, using each other’s technological and marketing resources.
BitKeep is a decentralized multi-chain digital wallet that aims to provide secure and straightforward one-stop digital asset management services to its customers worldwide. Nearly 5 million people from 168 countries already utilize this service.
IOST’s Plans
Throughout the year, IOST has been striving to improve its platform to facilitate the growth of NFTs. Cross-chain data transmission speeds are expected to improve due to upgrading the IOST VM and plugin wallets, SDK, and API browser support in the fourth quarter of the year.
In addition, the platform wants to cooperate with leading NFT developers and professionals from conventional sectors to investigate new uses of NFT and meta-universe. Some of these milestones have already been set in action by the IOST team.
Just last month, the platform partnered with Ludena Protocol, a play-to-earn (P2E) project, to facilitate the play-to-earn (P2E) and nonfungible token (NFT) gaming sectors of the ecosystem. IOST still has other deals up its sleeve, and this is just the beginning.
