Most Expensive NFT Collection Launch A Year Ago
Bored Ape Club clocks one year, although it seems more than that. It’s been a year since the launch of the world’s most expensive and successful NFT collection. The deployer contract generated the first 30 apes on April 22nd, at 7:13 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The great majority of these apes were sent to Web3’s original members and participants within ten days. Many of them have retained their Apes and grown to be influential members of their communities. This year, the number of members in the Bored Ape group has constantly increased. It continues to surprise individuals in the NFT community and anybody else interested in the technology. The starting price is 130 ETH, which is the most expensive.
The A.08 mint, when distributed honestly (bonded curves are a Ponzi scheme), has become one of the world’s most valuable assets and one of the most valuable assets ever, something no one could have predicted. This indicates that you would have earned +2500 times your initial investment if you had invested your money today. Therefore, push the web3 space forward and establish it as such in order for it to become a cultural phenomenon. TomatoBayC struck the first coin on April 23rd at 5:56 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, depicting an ape dressed as Emperor wearing holo sunglasses and an evening gown. The public mint officially opened on April 23.
One year ago today, the Bored Ape Yacht Club mint began . . .
What an insane year. Here’s to many more to come. Happy Birthday, apes! 🎉🎂🦍

After 24 hours of the public auction, it was announced that 115 apes, including the 30 apes from the deployer contract, had been built. Unfortunately, there was an 11-hour gap between the 115th and 116th mints, followed by a 12-hour gap between the following mint’s issue and the one after that. Because of the many transfers, the first secondary sale would not take place for another week.
BAYC became Exclusive and Surpassed Expectations
BAYC, or Bored Ape, is a non-fungible tokens (NFTs) network maintained exclusively by volunteers based on Ethereum’s blockchain. This collection contains profile photos of cartoon apes created by an algorithm. Yuga Labs founded and owns the Bored Ape Yacht Club in 2012. A live pre-sale will begin in April 2021 and continue throughout the year. The NFTs offered include an exclusive online membership, unique in-person events, and intellectual property rights to a bored ape.

Bored Ape Yacht Club’s non-fungible tokens have sold for more than $1 billion as of 2022, with celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Chris Rock among those who have purchased them. Stars that have appeared on the program include Justin Bieber, Jimmy Fallon, Snoop Dogg, Madonna, and DJ Steve Aoki.
Bored Ape’s Value Keeps Rising
When the Otherside Metaverse was created, the floor price of the most extensive and most popular NFT collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club, jumped to 137 ETH when the Otherside Metaverse was launched.
The news resulted in a rise in more than just the floor price. As a result of the higher floor price, BAYC’s transaction volume increased by 22% in only 24 hours. In addition, traders in the BAYC collection jumped by 86% in the last 24 hours after an 11% rise in the floor price. Because of this, people expect their non-fungibles to rise significantly in value once the new Metaverse goes live.
